Fill all the details in the form, make sure you fill all those marked with an asterisk as those are required fields. Once you are done you can submit .

Why not reading our terms and conditions before committing?
When the application is submitted our system will notify the store Administrator of the new affiliate sign up via email. The Store Administrator will then approve it if all the details are filled and conform with our terms and conditions or decline it if some information is missing or not conform to our standards. Once the Administrator approves your application you will receive the account approval email. A user account will automatically be created, (unless you are already subscribed to our services). You can use it to login to our Web App.
