FRESH JUICES

Start your cleansing day with a great choice of fresh squeezed juices

IMMUNE SYSTEM

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 organic Golden or Red Delicious apple, washed
  • 1 turnip, scrubbed well
  • 1 handful of watercress (optional), rinsed
  • 5 carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed
  • 1 large sized garlic clove, peeled, washed, room temperature or chilled, as desired.

Cut the apple and turnip into sections, bunch up the watercress (if using), and push it through the juicer’s feed tube with the apple, turnip, carrots, and garlic. Stir the juice, and pour into a glass. Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.

INSOMNIA

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 medium sized carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed
  • 2 stalks of organic celery with leaves, washed
  • ½ of a small beet with leaves and stems, scrubbed well
  • 2 broccoli florets, washed
  • 1/2 of a small or medium sized lemon, washed, or peeled if not organic

method

Juice the carrots, celery, beet, broccoli, and lemon. Stir the juice, and pour into a glass. Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.

STRESS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, washed
  • 1 handful of parsley, rinsed
  • 4 carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed
  • 3 organic celery stalks with leaves, washed

method

Bunch up the lettuce leaves and parsley, and push through the juicer’s feed tube with the carrots and celery. Stir the juice, and pour into a glass, Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.

INTESTINAL CLEANSE

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ of a pear, washed
  • 4 medium sized carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed
  • 3 fennel stalks with leaves and flowers, washed
  • 1 stalk of organic celery with leaves, washed

method

Cut the pear into sections that fit your juicer’s feed tube, and juice along with the carrots, fennel, and celery. Stir the juice, and pour into a glass. Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.
