The use of ginseng dates centuries back where it was deemed effective and still is to this day. Ginseng is a short plant with fleshy roots that are available in different varieties. 1. The Asian Ginseng is a wonderful additive to drink, it goes great with energy drinks, one of my recent favorite is “VitaMalt Plus+” which adds it for needed energy and concentration.

  2. Ginger is essentially rich in minerals like manganese, phosphorus and magnesium, but it also contains calcium, sodium and iron. As for vitamins, Ginger contains small amounts of vitamins B1, B2, but above all vitamin B3. Fresh ginger contains vitamin C, but once dried, this vitamin disappears completely.

  3. I had absolutely no idea Ginseng had this many benefits, especially for weight loss. I have been searching for natural alternatives and came upon this blog, thank you I will conduct further research on how to use it.

  4. In men it can increase testosterone and improve erectile function, while in women it can be used to treat the symptoms of menopause thanks to its mild estrogenic effect. In both, it increases desire and fertility and improves sexual performance.

  5. Speaking of ginseng. I was absolutely in love with the ginseng coffee. For those who have never heard about it is a hot drink with very little coffee and the rest made of ginseng…..well, that’s what I thought….then I found out that Well, the ginseng coffee preparation that we find at the bar or buy at the supermarket is often enriched with too much sugar, powdered milk, added fats, which can be palm or coconut oil, or a mix of vegetable oils. Not to mention the fact that we don’t know if ginseng is really there, in what percentages, and of what kind. I have stop drinking that stuff and got back to natural coffee beans 🙂

    1. Some of this drinks comes from countries such as Malaysia and the quality of their Ginseng is all the way at the bottom of the list of Country who produce this products. There is also another consideration to be made as their law and regulations differ quite drastically compared with the “western world”, so the process to obtain the final product need to be take carefully in consideration.

      1. Exactly, agree completely, if you are going t use this type of drinks you are better off choosing those who import the ginseng in natural status and then produce the finished product in your country where they have to abide to the local laws and regulations.

  6. Ginseng Tea is wonderful when mixed with honey or molasses, if you find yourself with a heartburn it is one of the most potent and effective remedy, American Ginseng, as it acts fast especially after one consumes a great deal of meat.

  7. The benefits of the herb is simply wonderful in its use for skin care, to maintain and protect the cells, and its most alternative means in its fight to improve erectile dysfunction. Natural remedies are the best.
